Phase 1 & 3

HCG DIET PREPARATION - PHASE 1

Phase 1 is the 2-4 weeks before the diet. Dr. Simeons recommendation is that you prepare for the HCG DIET by eliminating all processed food, all junk food, sodas, especially diet sodas and reduce or eliminate alcohol for a period of 4 weeks. The reason for this is that you will be burning a lot of your fat deposits during the HCG DIET and chemicals and toxic waste is mostly stored in fat, so this cleanup phase will help you feel great during the diet.

You can reduce PHASE 1 to 2 weeks by adding one or two PHASE 1 products that you will find on this website. Choose the one or ones that best fits your needs or email us for advice.

AFTER THE HCG DIET - PHASE 3

PHASE 3 is the 3 weeks following the diet. This is a very important phase. If this is not done right, you are likely to gain back weight faster than you lost it. I highly recommend that you add some support products during this phase. At the very least, a spray bottle of METAB, and if you have cravings, ASSIST, which is also used during the actual diet, will take care of that. High quality vitamins and minerals should be added now, especially a B COMPLEX.
